Previously corrected stories:

In the Feb. 18, 2015 story, “Democrats unlikely to attend Iowa Agriculture Summit,” The Daily Iowan incorrectly reported the group that is co-organizing the Iowa Agriculture Summit. That group is Concordia Group Public Affairs, which is based in West Des Moines. The DI regrets the error.

In the Jan. 19 and Feb. 11, 2015 stories about newcomers to the Iowa Legislature, The Daily Iowan neglected to include Rep. Liz Bennett in the list of new representatives. The DI regrets the errors.

In the Feb. 1, 2015 story “Legislators slam higher-education funding model,” The Daily Iowan incorrectly associated the performance-based funding model proposed by the state Board of Regents with a separate TIER efficiency study put on by the governing body of Iowa’s regent institutions. The DI regrets this error.

In the Sept. 9, 2014 story “Senate moves ahead on Citizens United,” The Daily Iowan incorrectly wrote that a constitutional amendment must be ratified by two-thirds of the states. It must be ratified by three-fourths of the states. The DI regrets the error.

In the Sept. 2, 2014 story “Student Veterans not swayed by Ernst’s status,” The Daily Iowan incorrectly reported what universities student veterans Thomas Vogliardo and Eric Benson attended. Vogliardo attends the University of Iowa, not the University of Northern Iowa. Benson attends the University of Northern Iowa, not the University of Iowa. The DI regrets the error.
